GCSE final piece - OverNeath

Here's a photo of my year 11 final piece for art. Um, its not a very good photo mind. I might upload another one. Or not. Whatever. The background is watercolour - a two pairs of wings that didn't turn out...that...well. The angel is a chalk + charcoal drawing of a gravestone monument over charcoal grave rubbings that me and my friends spent several afternoons collecting. Made for some very interesting picnics, if a bit morbid. The lil' bit of ivy at the bottom is watercolour and watercolour pencil on tissue. There was originally going to be more of it, but after a whole afternoon spent painting bits of tissue green, the teacher wandered over and said "Y'know, it actually looks better with just the one bit of ivy."
